I am an urban development and spatial data researcher working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, geospatial data, and urban development. My work explores how emerging data and computational methods can help us better understand cities and support evidence-based urban planning and policy, particularly in the Global South.

My research combines machine learning, computer vision, remote sensing, and spatial analysis with diverse sources of urban data to study land use, population, mobility, infrastructure, environmental conditions, and spatial inequality.

My PhD at UCL CASA examines data injustice in urban policymaking: who and what may be missing from increasingly data-driven representations of cities, how these gaps affect urban indicators and decisions, and how they can be identified and mitigated.
